Rushing to an appointment or during one is never enjoyable. We want you to be able to get the most out of your experience and therefore ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment.
Our scheduling is designed to allow the correct amount of time needed to complete your experience. If you happen to be late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee the full length of the service or that we can accommodate you.
We have a 48 BUSINESS hr cancellation policy and we do require a Credit card on file. You will only be charged a $50 fee if you fail to cancel your appointment 48 business hrs prior or do not show up. Cancellations can only be made via phone during regular business hours. We will not accept cancellations by emails, voicemails or text messages.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product, simply return the item in its original & unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Any voucher sales redeemed are final and non refundable. 3% transaction fee will be applied to all refunds. To request a refund or exchange, you must come in person. No emails, texts, phone calls will be accepted.
Upon prepayment, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s). No refunds can be offered on ANY services already received or rendered. Prepayments and service packages may be refunded if unused within 90 days of purchase. If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, the deposit value will be lost and non refundable.
We accept all major credit cards, care credit, and cash. All prices are subject to change without notice.
If you refer a friend or family member to us, you will receive $50 credit toward any service with us once they get treated. There is NO referral credit if your referral purchases a voucher.
Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services.
